1. When you first enter the Financial Statement Format option a Select An Option window will appear; select which type of report format you would like to void (Income Statement, Balance Sheet or Other).
2. A Select An Option window will appear; select the format you would like to void.
3. Select Void.
4. A message, "Do you really want to VOID this Report Format? No/Yes" will appear; select Yes.
The Financial Statement Format has now been voided.
